Unique Challenges of Managing the Generation Y Workforce – Free Webinar – October 2009

Generation Y workers, defined as those individuals born between 1977 and 1995, are an increasing part of our workforce.  Attorneys from Fisher & Phillips are offering a free webinar to discuss how Human Resources professionals can manage these younger employees. This  generation presents challenges to HR based partly on their desire for autonomy, flexibility, recognition and the opportunity to balance work and family.
