ATLANTA - Attorneys from Fisher & Phillips LLP prepared and edited the 2010 Florida Employment Law Manual published by the Florida Chamber of Commerce. The manual covers a wide variety of workplace legal topics important to employers. The Employment Law Manual is written in plain-English with chapter topics that cover recruiting and hiring, employee handbooks, wage and hour, performance evaluations, immigration, and discrimination.
