Josh Norris is an associate in the Atlanta office and a member of the firm's Employee Benefits Practice Group.  His practice focuses on a wide variety of employee benefit matters, including welfare compliance issues, cafeteria plans, retirement plans and ERISA litigation. Josh represents employers in connection with 401(k) and welfare plan government audits and he regularly deals with plan correction programs established by the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor. Josh also advises plan fiduciaries with respect to their obligations under ERISA and he conducts reviews of benefit plans and plan procedures to ensure legal compliance. Josh has also authored numerous articles concerning immerging issues in employee benefits.
