Jennifer Achtert is Of Counsel in the San Francisco office. Her practice involves employment-related litigation, including defending employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and numerous other torts. She has represented public companies, private companies, individuals, and a state agency in a wide variety of employment matters, in both state and federal courts, and before various state and federal agencies. Jennifer also has appellate experience; she has handled cases before the California Court of Appeal, the California Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit. She also counsels employers on various matters including personnel policies, employment separation agreements, and wage and hour issues. Jennifer was selected for inclusion in 2010 Northern California Super Lawyers - Rising Stars.
