Jason Leo is an associate in the Tampa office. His practice focuses on the representation of employers in all aspects of labor and employment law in cases before federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies. In particular, he represents and advises employers on discrimination and wage and hour issues, including class and collective actions. He also provides counseling to employers concerning local, state, federal, and international employment laws. Jason previously served as a law clerk to Judge Karla R. Spaulding of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
