Eric Uhl is a partner in both the New England and Boston offices. His practice includes all areas of employment law and business related litigation, and he has represented management before federal and state courts throughout the country. Eric's practice includes defending management against wrongful termination, discrimination, compensation, and other employment-related claims. He regularly advises employers, managers, and human resource personnel on a range of employment and business matters, including hiring, discipline and discharge practices; personnel policies and handbooks; wage and hour issues; non-competition and confidentiality provisions; and negotiating severance packages. He also engages in general commercial litigation, including areas such as unfair competition, restrictive covenants and intellectual property. He is experienced in both private and public sector civil rights litigation. Eric has been recognized in New England Super Lawyers since 2007. He has been listed in Chambers USA, America's Leading Business Lawyers since 2006 and in The Best Lawyers in America since 2008. For 2013, Eric was recognized as the Litigation Labor & Employment Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in America.
