Employment Discrimination and Harassment

As the scope of the laws prohibiting discrimination and harassment continue to expand, Fisher & Phillips lawyers regularly defend employers against claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and similar federal and state laws.
