2013 Brings Many Important Changes To Workplace Laws

Now that the election is over, we can expect health care reform to go full speed ahead. But health care reform is not the only new legislation that will affect employers in 2013. From social media restrictions to workers’ compensation reform, additions to discrimination laws, and new wage and hour requirements, every California employer has something to prepare for in 2013.
